Shipping and returns


UK Delivery

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class.  Dispatch will be made within 1 working day of placing your order (orders placed before 2:00 PM will leave the same day). The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days. The shipping cost is FREE anywhere in the United Kingdom for orders over 10 GBP. We have also added the Next Day Delivery (Express) Royal Mail option for 1 - 2 days delivery time. 

IMPORTANT!!! Please make sure the shipping address is correct before paying for your order.

 

International Delivery

 

Currently, we ship only to the USA and Australia. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.  Dispatch will be made within 1 working day of placing your order (orders placed before 2:00 PM will leave the same day). The delivery time is 5 -10 working days. The shipping cost is 9.99 GBP.

For international orders, customs charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible for these charges.

RETURNS POLICY


   We hope you fall head over heels in love with your order, but should you change your mind, you can return your item(s) to us, provided:

 

  • Items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unworn and in resealable condition

  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons

  • Items must have all tags, boxes, and bags attached/included

  • You must obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to BIJUNET. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return

  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy

  • The shipping cost for the returns will be paid by the customer unless there is an error on our side.

Please note that all sale items are final sales and non-refundable. 
Items purchased with a discount code or voucher are still eligible for return/exchange.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?


Depending on the returns service used, returns can take up to 20 days to arrive back with us.
Within 5 days of receiving your returns, refunds will be issued to the card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
If this time has passed, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@bijunet.uk so we can update you on the status of your return.
